I work with a variety of clients, and I seek to create a personalized approach to meet each of their needs. I believe that my clients can experience profound and lasting change in their lives, and I empower them to implement that change. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify lasting solutions to problems so that they can have more satisfying lives. I specialize in eating disorders and body/weight problems. I also work with pregnant/postpartum mothers and their partners. I see individuals and couples, and work with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life changes, and grief/loss. As an LGBT ally, I welcome clients of all sexual orientations and identities. I work with many presenting problems, but believe that my clients are people first, not diagnoses. I value and respect my clients and their experiences. I provide professional, ethical, and personalized therapy.
