During the 15+ years I have been in practice, I have served clients with a wide range of presenting concerns. My personal approach is supportive and non-judgmental. I work earnestly to help clients improve the quality of their lives. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to maximize the effectiveness of the services I provide. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, co-dependency, enabling, anger issues, self-esteem deficits, personality disorders, boundary-setting, and assertiveness. I offer individual, couples, and marital counseling sessions. I am available to meet most weekdays from mid-morning until late evening. My schedule remains flexible to accommodate client scheduling.
