I am a licensed clinical social worker and children's mental health specialist, with licensure in both Idaho and Washington. I am very committed to providing high quality services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, and providing counseling that is practical, holistic, and strengths based, with an emphasis on client self-determination and independence. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual assault/abuse, self-harming behaviors, family conflict, self-esteem, and issues affecting children of alcoholics/addicts. I employ an eclectic counseling approach using a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual. I pride myself in working collaboratively with other systems of care, such as primary care providers, psychiatrists and schools. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable,and non-judgmental environment in which I work collaboratively with my clients in developing and realizing their goals.
