I am a therapist who specializes exclusively in the treatment of OCD, OCD Spectrum Disorders and Anxiety Disorders. In the best interest of my clients, I have received specialized training from nationally known OCD, OCD Spectrum and Anxiety experts and organizations. I am a graduate of the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation's (IOCDF) Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) as well as the IOCDF's Pediatric BTTI. I have also received specialized training from the Trichotillomania Learning Center (TLC) and the National Tourette Syndrome Association (TSA-USA) to treat those with OCD, OCD Spectrum, and Anxiety Disorders. In practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and other evidence-based treatments. I have devoted my practice exclusively to treating these disorders in order for me to provide the most effective, individually-customized, scientific treatment available. Our mission is to help patients struggling with OCD, OCD Spectrum Disorders and Anxiety Disorders to overcome their struggles. Our center strives to provide knowledge and skills to patients in order to facilitate change, while using only validated treatment approaches. We want to help you reclaim your life.
