My years of clinical practice have helped me to understand the value of an individual. Most people have the resources they need to manage the challenges they have, but they sometimes struggle to see the resources that are available to them. I use a solution focused, non judgmental, approach to help individuals resolve major life issues like addiction, depression, anxiety, and family and relational conflict. Individuals and couples can find affective attunement with themselves, their spouse, and their children, as they learn to strengthen who they are as individuals and become clearer about their own emotional regulation. I have specialized training in sexual addiction and sexual abuse. Dear to my heart is Mens issues and resolving conflicted family relationships. I am also a specialist in adolescent sexual conflict.
