I have been in private practice since 2000. I work with adolescents and adults who seek help with a variety of issues including depression and anxiety, relational difficulties, substance abuse, work and/or family stress. I utilize a number of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and hypnotherapy. The relationships I strive to develop with clients, based on honesty, openess and genuineness are what I feel are key to the therapeutic process and client success.
