I specialize in addiction, eating disorders, self- harm, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Mental illness is not a character defect, a sign of weakness, or a choice yet so often those struggling with mental illness blame themselves. I will work alongside you as you challenge the negative beliefs fueling your struggle. I utilize various evidence- based practices including cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, REBT, Seeking Safety, Helping Women Recover, Adolescent- Community Reinforcement Approach, and various other practices. I think outside of the box and pull from a plethora of resources to provide you with individualized care.
