Deciding to start therapy is a tough decision. If you are in a place in your life where you recognize that changes need to take place but you are not sure where to start, therapy could be the opportunity for you to make the changes necessary to live a better life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who can provide you the support and guidance you need to make the modifications necessary. I believe that every individual has the potential to life a satisfying life no matter where they are in their growth and change process. I specialize in working with individuals who have mood disorders, anxiety, and past trauma in their lives. I am trained in EMDR therapy, a modality used for treatment of PTSD. I take a holistic and nonjudgmental approach to working with my clients. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR and a solution focused perspective. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transition issues or relationship conflict I can teach you ways to manage these difficulties and move forward.
