"Everyday is a second chance." I believe all people hold within themselves the strength and knowledge to make changes in their lives and find healing. I believe my responsibility is to help my clients find that strength and knowledge within themselves and to develop the skills to use them. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I earned my Masters Degree from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. I am a Certified PREPARE/ENRICH Counselor (Relationship Counseling). I works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups dealing with various life changes. I have experience offering outpatient psychotherapy with individuals, couples and families, in-home therapy, and crisis counseling. Along with the day-to-day struggles that arise out of our relationships, I am experienced in working with blended families, divorce and remarriage, and children with developmental, emotional, and behavioral problems. I work with LGBTQ issues, eating disorders, loss, anger management, and affective disorders (depression, anxiety, bipolar)utilizing traditional talk therapy as well as play therapy and art therapy techniques. Morning, afternoon, evening appointments are available. A sliding scale fee available when needed.
