My role as your counselor is to assist you in being able to deal with life's issues. The reality is that life can be difficult, and many people struggle with issues such as; depression, anxiety, parenting issues, couples issues, spirituality and others. There is strength in having an unbiased, non judgmental and supportive partner to navigate through whatever is challenging you. As a Counselor I have varied clinical interests. I have primarily been working with children and adolescents the past 5 years with a wide range of issues but I also have experience with adult issues (substance abuse, depression, anxiety, couples therapy).
