I approach each client's therapy based on his or her unique goals and needs. You and I work together as a team to identify the patterns that are affecting your life, explore the thoughts and feelings that motivate you, and build the knowledge and skills that will allow you to live a satisfying and fulfilling life. I am flexible in how I approach treatment, and will often take a more eclectic approach to therapy - integrating various therapy practices in order to best fit your needs, strengths, and personality. In addition to common issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, and personal difficulties, my diverse experience includes working with people who struggle with serious mental illness such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I also provide psychological testing and forensic services.
