You can then use this self-awareness to make better, more satisfying choices on a day-to-day basis. I believe that most of our symptoms and problems emerge when we move through life on "auto-pilot," relying on old learning from the past. My goal as a therapist is to help you become fully aware of the immediate experience of your life, as we pay thoughtful attention to you from moment-to-moment.
