I desire to help families work through marital, parenting and interpersonal relationship struggles, encouraging more productive communication, constructive boundaries, and more healthy, loving environments. I help individuals who struggle with depression and anxiety by instilling hope and confidence, while helping them discover their self-worth, adjusting their perceptions of the world around them. I hope to provide my patients with a safe, comfortable environment and the skills to maintain more healthy, balanced lifestyles spiritually, mentally, emotionally, socially, and physically. I'd like to see my clients functioning to their full potential, pursuing their dreams, and improving their quality of life. M.O.V.E. stands for "Making Our Vows Eternal." The significance behind M.O.V.E. is the process of moving forward while considering how each decision we make today affects our future tomorrow and committing to enriching our lives by making better choices.
