I help people with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, sleep problems, and those suffering from chronic pain. Many times, these issues are happening at the same time and can make your life miserable. I focus on ways to help you with the problems you are experiencing now and on ways to make your symptoms feel better. I don't start therapy by asking questions about every part of your past, the focus is on how your problems are affecting you right now. Also, I don't have a psychiatrists "couch", we sit in chairs. The couch in the office is for me to take naps on! I am able to work with adults, teens and children. We offer individual sessions and treatment groups for grief, Autism social skills and family support, substance abuse and DUI classes, and the court mandated Batterers Intervention Program, anger management, and parenting classes. Trainings Unlimited is open 7 days a week, with the last appointments scheduled at 8 pm, to assist with your schedule so you don't have to miss work or school. We also provide trainings for clinicians to meet their continuing education requirements.
