This is done by creating a sense of well-being and balance and as a result you will be able to overcome obstacles so that you can achieve your goals. I use a variety of approaches that are helpful for most people. It is my intention to meet you where you are in life, at this moment, without judgment or an agenda of my own. I have experience working with drug dependency/abuse, life transitions, self-esteem, depression, anxiety/fears, and coping skills in individual sessions. I also provide drug and alcohol assessments for a flat rate of $150 that will include three referral sources and a faxed copy. Evening and weekend appointments available. I have graduated in Integrative Body Psychotherapy training which is a somatic based therapy that's non-evasive and incorporates mind, body, feelings, and soul, stemming from both Eastern and Western philosophies. Additionally, I provide coaching sessions via Skype.
