As a medical-support, clinical hypnotherapist, I guide my clients to unlock and transform limiting thought patterns that block desires. Clients align the power of their mind with their desires leading to a more fulfilling life. My clients learn self hypnosis and techniques they can use on their own, which empowers them as co-therapists. I employ various processes such as guided imagery, suggestion therapy, healing scripts, revisiting past events to shift perceptions of them (regression therapy), visiting past lives to heal present life issues (past life regression therapy), and visiting the interlife and womb time to heal present life issues (natal regression therapy). Medical-support hypnotherapy is an evidence-based complement to western medicine used to aid in healing medical conditions (examples: stress, pain, injury, illness, syndromes, sleep patterns, etc.). In addition, my services are effective for weight loss, self-esteem, guilt & anger patterns, forgiveness, traumas, fears & phobias, anxiousness, unwanted habits, monetary abundance, motivation, spiritual growth, etc.
