As a depth psychotherapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Given the right tools, knowledge, and guidance, you can experience growth and transformation. We also offer services nationally via video and teleconference counseling. My speciality is with individuals, couples, and groups resolving issues pretaining to: relationship/divorce, depression, anxiety, career/life transitions, and eating disorders. I help couples create more loving, communicative,and passionate relationships using highly effective communication & empathy skills while learning how to use projections to improve rather than distroy their relationship. I have a retreat center for weekend intensives for couples, groups, or individuals. This facility provides options for meeting therapy needs for persons unable to meet during the week, or out of state, or for persons in a crisis needing a more intense approach.
