Together We Can Discover Your Strengths. I believe in helping clients work on discovering their strengths and empowering them to overcome struggles they may be facing. As a therapist, I like to get to know clients and collaborate with them on their goals of therapy. My approach to therapy is to use an integrated mix of techniques, as I believe each client is unique and the therapy process should be tailored to fit that client. I have worked in various settings with clients, and my areas of interest are working with individuals and families, as well as with children utilizing play therapy techniques.
