I understand that there is not one particular mold or pattern that fits every issue or concern, one life does not fit all. I make every attempt to ensure that clients are in a comfortable environment free from conviction. I feel that a client should be able to come to a safe place to explore thoughts that are necessary to assist with resolving issues. The client should not feel judged or condemned for thoughts or actions that have been socially deemed wrong. What really matters is that the client has taken the initiative to receive help sorting what could not be resolved on their own. As a therapist, I compassionately take the journey alongside client(s) until there is an acceptable resolution for all involved. I feel that it is important for clients to narrate from their perspective. It is essential for clients to create a new definition of a meaningful life which include strengthening communication within the family dynamics. I have over 17 years of experience as it relates to mediating or resolving issues in a diverse environment. I have worked with a myriad of patients dealing with mental health and emotional issues, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, antisocial personality disorder, adjustment issues, relationship issues, parenting, couples/marital therapy.
