I am a licensed psychologist with over two decades of experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress management, chronic pain, insomnia, low self-esteem, trauma, abuse, addiction, anger management, relationship issue, marital conflict and stress related illness. I work from a holistic perspective that integrates in-depth psychological theory with complimentary medicine and mind-body wellness. I recognize therapy is very expensive and few people can afford to have years of therapy. Within the first two sessions, I will reframe your distress into a theory of psychological well being and outline a specific treatment plan. I teach yoga and meditation, and have practiced yoga for 20 years. When appropriate, I integrate some of this knowledge into therapy. My experience in these realms helps me to have an understanding of the path to wholeness and the essential elements needed to live a life of authentic meaning.
