I am the only Board Certified Registered Art Therapist and Certified EMDR Clinician in the Mid South, allowing me to serve people who are not responding to traditional therapies. I have over a decade of experience working in acute, residential, intensive outpatient, and in-home therapy affording me the expertise in working with a wide variety of diagnosis and severity of symptoms. I specialize in using clinically sound, evidence-based therapy wherein most patients often feel dramatic results immediately after session. For those who prefer sessions in the comfort and convenience of their home, I also offer in-home therapy. This is particularly helpful for those seeking a licensed marriage therapist who would like to have their children nearby, or for the at risk teen population. I do not accept more than 6 persons per week to ensure maximum attention to each case. Research-based homework, individualized handouts, and/or recommendations are offered at the end of each meeting, helping the treatment process to continue beyond the allotted session time. Expect more from your therapy!
