I received my Master of Counseling degree from Idaho State University with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling. I believe that the counseling relationship is one of teamwork, where we work together on issues of concern. I strive to maintain a warm, non-judgmental environment allowing for you to feel safe and understood. I have experience working with a variety of populations and concerns including children, adolescents, adults, elderly, couples and families, eating disorders, addictions, depression, anxiety, career and financial concerns, multiple diagnoses, grief and loss, sexual concerns, relationships and adjustment concerns.
