Many of us encounter times in our lives when we need support and guidance to find our way. I provide a thoughtful, compassionate and attentive presence in which you can make sense of yourself, your past, your present and your future. I believe when we are truly listened to, we can heal our deepest wounds and develop our capacities to their greatest fulfillment. During my ten years as a psychotherapist I have supported people to find the unique intelligence that operates underneath their greatest struggles. No two people are alike, and I strive to build a relationship with you that allows your whole self to flourish. As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I pay special attention to the non-verbal aspects of our experience. Our bodies hold the imprints of our earliest relational experiences. By integrating body-based explorations into talk therapy, we uncover early psycho-physical blocks and find new ways of thinking, moving and relating.
