Whether you're brand new to the idea of therapy or simply looking for someone to help navigate life's challenges, it can often be daunting to try and choose the right counselor. Finding someone you feel can truly understand where you're coming from without passing judgement is important. It is my highest goal to cultivate a space where each of my clients feels comfortable telling his or her story. I firmly believe therapy should be just as unique as the energies in the room. Anything but ordinary. I am passionate about holistic health for the mind, body, and spirit and seek to treat the entire person in therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to design the best treatment plan for him or her as individuals. I specialize in couple's counseling, sexual issues, and spiritual issues. As a counselor, my therapeutic style tends to be existential-humanistic in nature, drawing from a variety of perspectives and techniques. Christian counseling available upon request. LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and kink clients welcome. Evening and weekend appointments available!
