I utilize a humanistic approach to psychotherapy, along with a strong emphasis on dialectical behavioral therapy. My goal is to aid my clients by helping them identify their strengths, and then building on them. I believe that we all strive to live a fulfilling life, and every client has amazing potential to do so. I have over ten years of experience working in therapy, most recently working as the School Therapist for Stowe Public Schools in Stowe, VT, and then working in a local clinic setting where I saw clients of all ages with various needs. My experience is varied, but I have a particular focus in: youth and family dynamics / behavioral issues, chronic pain, nutrition, stress management, anxiety reduction, trauma, and end of life issues. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults.
