I love working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I also enjoy working with folks that haven't been able to get results in their past attempts to get well. Compassion, integration, research, and skill building are the three ingredients that best describe my approach to helping. What would it be like if you were able to actually provide yourself the compassion, forgiveness, and love you so readily offer others? Folks struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life changes are usually stressed, exhausted, and often scared that their symptoms will never leave. I enjoy working with folks struggling with the issues that they "just can't shake." In addition to being a marriage family therapist I am also a clinical herbalist. At our clinic we go the extra mile by teaching mindfulness, yoga, and community herbalism; we also offer electrocranial therapy as a way of helping our clients obtain and retain emotional, mental, and relational health.
