Psychotherapy can be a liberating and life-changing experience. If you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, anger, or other problems that are robbing your life of joy, meaning, and purpose, you can experience real and lasting relief. Seeing a counselor does not mean you are "sick" or weak. In fact, my clients are some of the strongest and most courageous people I know. It takes courage to look deeply within, and it takes strength to do the hard work of change. Yes, meaningful therapy requires hard work. But it is the most important work you will ever do. I believe we all have patterns that have developed during our lives. Often, we are not aware of how, when, or where these patterns began. By looking more closely at our fears, worries, doubts, and self-destructive impulses, we can understand where they come from and release the hold they have over our lives. I don't have the answers to your problems. Only you have those answers. As your therapist, I will walk with you through the process and be a guide as you discover what holds you back and what will move you forward. I consider it a privilege to be on that journey with you.
