Therapy takes patience and openess from all whom are involved in the process. I have counseled both, couples and individuals, with psychological, emotional, and behavioral problems. Many who come for treatment are trying to cope with traumas, grief/loss, eating/body image issues, family/relational situations, and sexual concerns. My therapy is an eclectic approach. I've worked with a number of individuals who have endured unthinkable trauma and each therapy is co-created by therapist and client. Some approaches included are, Core Energetics, Expressive Therapies, Guided Imagery, Relaxation, Gestalt, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Talk Therapy. My theraputic approach is one which guides the individual out of their pain from the past and worries of the future, to bring he or she back into the present. It is about the "here and now"; IT IS WHO WE ARE THAT HEALS, NOT WHAT WE KNOW.
