For over thirty years it has been a privilege to guide individuals, couples and families in becoming more authentically engaged in their lives, and fulfilled in their relationships, goals and dreams. I am an engaged,flexible and active therapist,trained in many therapeutic approaches. I help each individual to recognize and mobilize all of their emotional, cognitive, physical, social and spiritual resources in our work together. I see Psychotherapy as a collaborative experience between therapist and client. The therapist offers her skills, knowledge, experience, concern and attention and the client brings their curiosity, strengths and hopes. Through this process, symptoms and life problems, although at times painful, and inconvenient, can become opportunities for growth and change.
