It is interesting how life can take us in different directions. Some that may be exciting and new, then there are times when we come across a challenge that may be difficult to handle on our own; we are unable to deal with it. Counseling can assist in the process of managing one's feelings, challenges and struggles. You do not need to manage this on your own, talking with someone can help with giving you direction, help you understand why you are feeling this way and how to make things better for yourself and /or others around you I have 15 years experience with all types of issues including grief and loss, crisis stabilization, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, childhood disorders and parenting. I utilize techniques that assist with the process of one addressing personal issues and achieving change when ready to do so. I seek to help one discover the strength they have inside to cope and give hope that things can be manageable with what life has to give.
