I'm committed to providing exceptional psychological services to the people of Louisiana. I feel that I am easy to talk to and down to earth. I specialize in working with clients trying to cope with depression, anxiety, and grief/loss. I also specialize working with clients who are coping with Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder and Schizophrenia, to name a few. My focus is person-centered, strengths-based relying on CBT and psychodynamic perspectives. I believe the therapeutic relationship is how change happens in therapy; building rapport and trust provides you a safe environment for exploration. I provide in-office, in-home or community counseling, wherever it should be deemed appropriate.
