I have experience working with adolescents and adults in individual and group settings. I believe in tailoring treatment based upon their strengths and goals. I am dedicated to maximizing clients' strengths in order to address issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, women's issues, multicultural issues, school related issues, work and career related issues, body image issues, and relationship issues. I believe in a safe environment while working together with clients to overcome their life challenges while ensuring respect, acceptance, and confidentiality. I use a holistic approach in order to maximize life satisfaction in all of its areas. My hours are flexible to include nights and I work on a reduced rate fee to offer more affordable counseling services to my clients.
