I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults! In working with me, you will find I am down-to-earth, genuine and respectful, and that I offer a safe environment where clients can be themselves. I focus on creating trusting therapeutic relationships in which clients feel accepted and understood. Together we will explore personal challenges, develop self-awareness, and process life struggles, to help you discover and create meaningful change with yourself and within your relationships. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, childhood disorders, grief/loss, transitions/adjustments, parenting, and relationship struggles utilizing modalities that encourage creativity, insight, expressiveness, self-efficacy, and mindfulness.
