I counsel couples, those seeking more purpose and meaning, those struggling with addictions/recovery (in family settings as well, adolescents, depression and anxiety symptoms, members identifying with the GLBTQ (Gay, lesbian, bisexual, transsexual, questioning) population, eating disorders, divorce/breakup, and those that desire incorporating more wellness in their lives. I utilize a variety of techniques and methods to aid the client(s) in discovering the path that allows them to feel more positive growth and change in their lives. I aim for the client feeling comfortable and providing an environment that facilitates this. We also offer neurofeedback services.
