I have practiced as a psychotherapist for over 30 years and have had the honor of working with a variety of people. My clients have taught me much about what is truly possible and I am grateful for that learning. In choosing a counselor, I believe it is a highly personal decision and requires careful consideration. Even though I am a generalist with an eclectic approach, I specialize in trauma, anxiety/depression, grief work, spiritual crisis and relationship healing. The mission of my "Integrative Psychotherapy" practice is to assist you in removing any barriers to awareness you may have; to awaken your potential; to discover wholeness and to remember and express your true self. And YOU create the life you want. Life is meant to be good! In addition to using Clinical Hypnosis in my practice, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and several bio-energy techniques one of which is Thought Field Therapy.
