Coastal Recovery Center was established as a result of a recognized need for a non-profit private alternative to medical and counseling treatment of addictions (substance and behavior) and co-occurring disorders. Few places offer both medical treatment and counseling services on an outpatient basis all under one roof. We also realize that the patient is not the only suffering soul when there are difficulties in a person's life. The impact on family and loved ones is tremendous. We are family oriented in our approach, providing needs for the extended family, and include them in the therapeutic process. The patient's treatment team (medical/counseling) is in constant contact monitoring the needs of the individual and maximizing efficacy. Our professional team is equipped with years of experience in the treatment of Addictions, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety and other Co-occurring Disorders, addressing the symptoms and the source of addiction. We are the out-patient addiction specialist. Our treatment team is specifically credentialed to work with addictions and associated issues. Our staff is composed of a MD with a specialty in Addictions Medicine, in house accessibility to a Psychiatrist, Licensed Professional Counselors, Certified Addictions Counselors, and gender specific/appropriate counselors.
