I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (AR License #: 2533-M). I have 4+ years of therapy experience (including: individual, family/couples, and group therapy) with primarily women and adolescents with wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges including: substance abuse addiction, depression, anger, anxiety, physical/sexual/emotional abuse, self destructive behavior, loss of touch with reality, relationship issues, and various types of adjustments to life changes. My goal is to work in a partnership with clients to assist them in recognizing their own strengths, self worth, and resilience to promote growth and positive changes. My therapy style is relaxed. I seek to create a comfortable, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where individuals can process and explore issues and/or stressors while also gaining greater understanding and discovery of themselves. I am interested in getting to know and work with the real "you".
