As a therapist, my goal is to help clients meet their personal goals and improve their quality of life. You can expect a supportive, safe and confidential space in which to problem-solve, gain personal insight, and learn self-acceptance. I work with a variety of clients-those examining their childhood experiences, coping with a chronic illness, resolving a mood disorder, or working to maintain optimum emotional and mental health. Whatever challenge you face, I am here to help. Many clients choose to utilize medication in addition to therapy. Clients may choose to see one of the three psychiatrists at the clinic for medication management, or may use an outside physician.
