We are not defined by our problems, but we can feel overwhelmed by them. I believe therapy is about positive change, but not every part of who you are needs to be cast away and redefined. My intention is to help you discover what strengths you already have within you and guide you to nurture them. I also offer affordable ADHD, Intellectual/Achievement, and Personality testing as an adjunct to accurate diagnosis and treatment, or for those seeking accommodations or medical treatment needed to fulfill your potential! I pull from many different psychological disciplines to tailor your treatment to your individual needs to achieve symptom relief and positive change. I've worked on virtually every level of care, from inpatient hospitals to private practice. I have worked with collegiate/high school athletes, students, professionals, and medical patients. I have worked with eating/body image issues, relationship problems, mood disturbance, trauma for over 10 years. I have been trained by some of the best. But the people I learn from the most are my clients. You are the expert on you, I just happen to have the roadmap!
