My experience of over 30 years as a therapist has helped me to see that when we keep coming up against issues which repeatedly trouble us in our daily lives and relationships, we may find it helpful to explore the roots of these problems in earlier life experiences. These experiences can leave us with negative self- beliefs and lack of self- confidence, and result in our making choices which are often not in our best interests. I will explore with you, in a safe and supportive environment, the life situations and issues which trouble you. We will use a variety of techniques especially EMDR to help change the dysfunctional patterns and attitudes which have caused difficulties and disappointment in life. Together we will empower you to become your best self, living a life which fits you well and brings you satisfaction.
