A cognitive behavioral approach serves as the foundation, and we will explore how our thoughts influence our feelings and in turn our behavior. By changing our thinking and subsequently our behavior, we develop coping skills that enable you to make better choices and lead a happier and healthier existence. I have over a decade of clinical experience and have helped countless people change their lives for the better. I look forward to doing the same for you!
