My goal is to empower people to have the most successful lives possible in all areas, emotionally, spiritually, socially, and behaviorally. I have a genuine respect for all people I see and I believe that everyone can improve the quality of their lives if they are an active vested part of counseling. The client is the leader and decision maker in therapy. Improving each person's self-esteem is an integral part of therapy and positive self talk is a portion of each session as well as telling the truth. I believe every person has worth, value and significance. I am a former educator and love working with children and families. I also love working with people with self-esteem issues. I have self - published a book about the beauty we all have. I am a true believer in seeing people change for the better if they choose to.
