I'm a highly skilled cognitive behavioral therapist whose main goal is to help you work through the issues in your life that are causing you distress. My specializations are in the areas of addiction treatment, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and cultural issues. Having a background in inpatient psychiatric treatment, I am also able to appropriately deal with severe and persistent mental health symptoms, including psychosis, and severe depression. I have an extensive background in substance abuse treatment, including having served as the St. Johns County Adult Drug Court liaison .I practice at Craft Behavioral health, which is conveniently located across from the Avenues mall.
