I believe that it takes a tremendous amount of strength to allow another person to assist in the process of healing. I have been a professional counselor for over a decade and I strive to provide therapy and rehabilitative services that are compassionate and understanding of each individual's needs. I have extensive experience counseling individuals and families in a wide range of issues. I have worked with diverse cultures including American Indians, African Americans, Hispanic & Asian cultures. My specialty is Trauma therapy for PTSD. I also am sensitive to LGBTQ issues. I offer a wide range of mental health services, including Individual, couples, and family therapy. I offer Trauma Therapy for PTSD, utilizing are CBT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I also utilize DBT skills to assist individuals in building a sense of self-worth. I am sensitive to multicultural and LGBTQ and issues. I also am a nationally certified clinical supervisor for interns seeking CPC licensure. I also work with medicaid providers in offering rehabilitative services for the chronically mental ill who need more support in basic skills and psychosocial rehab services. I am certified MAC addiction (NAADAC)
