Each client is unique with their own journey and experiences to share. By providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment, I can work with you on treating any stress that you may be experiencing. I enjoy working with a diverse population of clients ranging from adolescents to adults. My areas of focus are, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and grief/loss. I prefer to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my treatment methods and goals. CBT encourages the client to change their thought patterns so they can then change their behaviors. I hope that you will allow me to assist in guiding you throughout the therapeutic process. I do not accept insurance or Medicaid as a payment at this time. My sessions are $60, paid with cash, check, or credit card.
