I work with individuals, couples, and families to find and utilize strengths that support growth for emotional and physical well-being. I work with parents to help find and use positive, constructive methods of dealing with behavior issues. Using state-of-the-art tools, I ask for client feedback at each session to monitor client progress and quality of sessions to make sure you, the client, are getting what you want and need to help in your path towards better mental health, and higher quality of life. It is reasonable to expect positive change by the third session. I am a licensed certified social worker in private practice with a specialty in Solution Focused Therapy. I have 35 years of counseling experience in community mental health. I provided service to over 9000 clients and provided 33,000 hours of psychotherapy.
