Have you ever wondered why feeling sad or anxious leave you feeling tired at the end of the day? Do you, like most people, want to curl up in a ball and avoid others when you're in pain? I studied and practiced medicine before obtaining a doctorate in psychology. Because of this background, I'm pretty convinced that the body and the mind inform each other. For this reason, I enjoy working with individuals who take a holistic approach to the work that we do together.
