I work with families- adults, teens and children coping with life-altering circumstances and illness, mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, recovery, grief and loss, relationship stressors, and spiritual crisis. I also specialize in relationship counseling trauma and recovery issues such as sexual or physical abuse. My goal is to help you resolve any emotional trauma or confusion, in a compassionate and non judgmental way. I am experienced serving those with medical issues-HIV/AIDS, Breast cancer, PTSD and phobias. I serve military families and veterans returning home from service. I am Certified to provide HIV/AIDS education and therapy. I also have over 100 hours of Trauma & Cognitive Behavioral Training. I am a Certified human trafficking trainer & counselor. I provide consulting services such as: Training and Presentations for National & local conferences. I also provide services to business and churches. My therapeutic style includes mind-body connections, Cognitive Behavioral psychotherapy, spiritual counseling, and behavioral psychotherapy. I am now offering appointments in to Orlando, Winter Park and Altamonte Springs residents on Mondays through Saturdays.
