I have over 20 years of clinical experience and have worked in a variety of mental health health systems, from inpatient settings to Wellness programs with major corporations. I recently joined the group, Psychological Associates, P.A.. This line of work appeals to me because I believe that change is possible. I have been described as warm, understanding, and dedicated. I see therapy as a method of reaching one's potential. I will strive to help you reach your goals while remaining mindful of how valuable your time is. I have done a variety of seminars, televised community educational programs, and groups. I helped design and implement an all ages Anger Management program. I also have years of experience with the Coalition against Violence. Being an active duty military spouse and a prior Clinical Counselor at Quantico Marine Corps Base, I have an unique insight, particularly for working with distressed families.
