I strive to help individuals connect with their inner strengths and their true selves so that they can move forward in life, living life not just surviving it. I have a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin as well as a Counseling degree in Addictions and I am trained in EMDR. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals who have struggled with severe emotional disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, alcohol and drug abuse and sexual and gender identity. I have a cognitive and mindfulness approach but able to adjust my style to support the needs of individuals.
